Easiest and Tastiest Asparagus Methods
Both of these methods for cooking asparagus preserve its great flavor, and work especially well with the freshest asparagus you find at the farmers’ market.
To prepare asparagus for cooking, bend each spear close to the cut end, and the end will naturally snap off. Cook extra to use cold in your lunch the next day!
